McKenzie + Sam

Introducing another one of my 2022 wedding couples, McKenzie and Sam. They are getting married this Spring at the Downtown Market in GR! It’s a stunning space and I can’t wait to see what they did with the place. :)

For their complimentary engagement session we met downtown Grand Rapids, wandering the streets and hitting several beautiful spots along the way. Foot traffic was busier than usual with ArtPrize in full swing. Naturally we had to stop and get a photo with the Tin Man; a large sculpture that was entered into the bi-annual contest, perfectly perched outside of the Amway Hotel. I had McKenzie & Sam embrace under the over-sized heart he was holding. Never have I ever photographed a couple with a giant sculpture before! ;)
